"We wanted to build an investment property of quality that would return high yield and accumulate capital growth. A formula that is rare to achieve. Often, good yield has low capital growth or vice versa. Hence, this was a big challenge. We had to find land that offered the potential for growth with a home that returned good rental income. This is why you need someone like Simone to help you.
Simone has helped me through every stage of this project. Right from the beginning, when I wanted to purchase land, driving my wife and me hundreds of kilometres, doing research on locations to look at, helping me find a reliable builder, managing most of the communications with the builder, explaining things that only people in the know would understand, helping in the selection of material, colours, and predicting the best possible layout for the house to become a home that offers the best living experience possible.
Basically, Simone has been the driving force to the success of our project. Somehow, Simone makes building a house exciting. I would not have had the success I’ve achieved without her.
Once the project was completed, Simone went over the house with a microscope and signalled any little scratch, incompletion, or fault. We bought our first investment house in Australia, which had enough space to build another house in front.
