Meet Simone

Simone Tardent founded Bloom with a single purpose: to help fellow investors get a development built properly, with optimised rental returns and without the stress. Created duplexes, secondary dwellings, subdivisions and small unit developments: the scope changes, the job of representing you does not.

She has a deep understanding of the construction industry, a genuine eye for detail, and stays close to the trends that affect what a site can return. Working entirely on your side of the table, she helps you weigh up development options, stays across every stage as your representative, and carries the communication for you, before and during construction, from concept to a rented, settled home.

Simone engages the right people from a trusted network: town planners and landscapers through to building reports and independent inspections. On the numbers, she checks, compares and comments on construction pricing so you know it stacks up. And because building can be stressful, she keeps communication clear with everyone involved, so the whole process stays as smooth as possible.

What she is not is a numbers-only operator. On one stalled subdivision the highest-returning option would have added two and a half years, a fresh planning risk and real project fatigue to owners who were already two years in. She recommended the lower-returning scheme instead: faster to deliver, financeable, and something the owners could actually live alongside. The return is one part of the equation.
