The fee isn’t tied to a rigid schedule. It’s staged to suit the development’s milestones, so what you pay tracks the work as it actually happens.
Independent, always
Bloom takes no commissions and no referral fees from builders, agents or suppliers. You engage Bloom under an agreement entirely separate to your building contract, so every recommendation is made in your interest, and nobody else’s.
