Yuval and Adi bought their first Australian investment house on a block with enough room to build a second home. The same “created duplex” idea applied: retain what’s there, add a new dwelling, and lift the return of the whole site.
From design detail through supplier conversations, timeline, quality and even choosing the tenants, Bloom carried the load so the owners could stay focused on their careers.

The outcome. A completed duplex development with considerable cost savings, minimal time demand on the owners, and the right tenants placed. The existing home is now on the market.
We bought our first investment house in Australia, which had enough space to build another house in front.
